About Us
Who we are:
Barrett Editing has been providing publishing services for over 12 years now. Set up by Aoife Barrett in 2010 we work with a network of editors, designers, typesetters, illustrators and proofreaders.
We manage and work on the production of all kinds of material including:
- Books
- Animations
- Audio recordings
- Illustrations
- Directories
- Computer games.
With many years’ publishing experience producing magazines, comics, newspaper supplements, children’s books, trade fiction and non-fiction books, and educational books, we have the professional skills to confidently manage any publishing project of any size.
We’re lucky enough to work beside the sea in the sunny south-east area of Ireland. County Wexford is a beautiful place to work – and helps to bring any creative project to life.
And a walk along the beach can usually solve any tricky editing and project management problems!
Aoife Barrett is the former Editorial Director of Merlin Publishing and Wolfhound Press and a former Director of Publishing Ireland.
